The girl was taller than most of her peers from childhood. He was over 1.7 meters tall at 16 years old, but his father was only 1.69 meters and his mother was 1.64 meters.
Therefore, Minh believes that the secret behind his outstanding height is a combination of nutrition, exercise, and drinking cow’s milk.
Since Minhs family owns a farm of organic vegetables and dairy cows, he can drink fresh milk every day. Sometimes she reaches two liters of milk a day. He usually drinks it before breakfast, in the afternoon, and two hours before bed.
According to the healthcare news platform Health, milk is a rich source of energy, protein, calcium, and vitamin D, making it essential for building and maintaining strong bones and improving bone density. Milk from cows or goats is good for growing children, and alternatives like rice, almond, soy, coconut, cashew, and oat milk also help in the developmental process, said Dr. . Le Bach Mai, former Director of the Vietnam National Institute of Nutrition.
The institute recommends the average adult consume between 800-1,000 mg of calcium a day. This can come from food, milk, and other supplements. A 200-ml cup of cow’s milk contains 240 mg of calcium, therefore, a person can consume two to three cups of milk a day.
Minh learned from the Internet that height is influenced by both nutrition and lifestyle. Critical times for intervention are during mothers’ pregnancy, a child’s first two years, and the period before puberty. Parents are advised to provide their children with adequate nutrients during these times, as well as ensure that they have adequate sleep and frequent exercise.
Minh began exercising frequently during his secondary school years by joining the school’s basketball and handball clubs. He also spends 30 minutes every day doing squats to improve his figure.
Another habit that Minh tries to maintain is to go to bed early and sleep eight hours a day.
“I always go to bed before 10 pm except when I have to review things to prepare for my exams,” he said.

He also drinks 1.5 liters of water every day, apart from drinking milk. She avoids soft drinks, salty foods, and animal protein whenever possible, while prioritizing eating fiber-rich foods.
He begins each meal by eating vegetables and fruits, then protein-rich foods, and finally carbohydrate-rich foods.
Before her participation in the Miss Grand Vietnam contest, Minh also applied the intermittent fasting method. Those who follow this method often do not take anything into their bodies for 16 to 24 hours. For Minh, he did it twice a week.
“I feel tired and have a hard time concentrating every time I apply this method so I don’t use it often,” said Minh.
Minh wants to grow three to five centimeters taller because he believes it will bring him a better chance of winning beauty pageants. He said it will be a challenge for him, as his busy schedule will make it difficult for him to strictly follow his diet rules and get enough sleep, but he will try.
“I had to be determined and strict with myself, as well as combine different diet and exercise rules to achieve a good look,” said Minh.
