Kadha is made with herbs and spices, such as Tulsi (holy basil), ginger, and black pepper, which exhibit immune-stimulating effects. Regular consumption of Kadha will help strengthen the body’s natural defenses against infections and diseases, said the expert.
2. Promotes respiratory health

4. Rich in antioxidants
Kadha is a good source of antioxidants, thanks to ingredients like cinnamon, clove, and turmeric. Antioxidants neutralize the effect of free radicals in the body, which can contribute to aging and various diseases,” advises Kaul.
By including Kadha in your routine, you provide your body with a natural arsenal against oxidative stress.
5. Detoxify your body
Most Kadha contain ingredients with detoxifying properties, such as coriander and cumin. These herbs can help remove toxins from the body, supporting the liver’s natural detoxification process. Regular detoxification can contribute to improving skin health and overall vitality.
While this Kadha has proven to be an effective cold remedy for me, it may not work for you. So, it is very important that you check with your health care provider to make sure it is good for your health.
