On TikTok, for example, you can find various activities that claim to slim your waistline and help you lose unhealthy weight. It’s always inspiring to watch videos of people who have tried these regimens for themselves, documented their journeys, and achieved tangible results. Take the “3-2-8” exercise, for example. People swear by it to get fit, and some of them even share their jawline before and after the changes.

What is the 3-2-8 workout method?

For those of you who don’t know, this workout method was brought to life by certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Natalie Rose. You are required to complete three weekly barre/Pilates workouts, two days of strength training, and 8,000 steps per day or three strength workouts, two days of barre/Pilates, and 8,000 steps per day.

“If you’re ready to get in the best shape of your life, start the 3-2-8 method,” Rose encourages in her TikTok video. “I started it without birth control and I gained weight. I didn’t really know what to do, and I didn’t get very good advice from the doctors. All they suggested I do was start low-impact exercise and reduce my cortisol levels or go back on birth control, which I don’t want to do. So I started following this method, and I lost a lot, but I also found a way that works for my body and also allows me to stay consistent -both, because I don’t burn out by the end of it.”

Rose revealed that she “lost a lot, a lot” of weight.

Rose herself has documented her results doing the 3-2-8 strength/Pilates method, and her before and after videos (one week vs. four weeks vs. eight weeks) are very motivating. . She captioned her video, “I created the 3-2-8 workout method to help you feel strong and energized while keeping your hormones happy.”

“The results speak for themselves,” Rose comments about her clients’ before and after photos.

Rose wrote, “Who’s willing to put to work?” and that “the results speak for themselves,” she captioned the video where she shared some before and after photos her clients took while on their 3-2-8 journey.

Another TikToker revealed that this workout is her favorite for losing weight and sculpting a toned body.

TikTok user Maia Henry noted in her 3-2-8 workout video that the routine was “life-changing,” and she would forever recommend it to anyone on their own fitness journey. He explains, “I’ve tried almost every type of exercise routine and always get bored with each one or get tired between lifts. [every day]just doing yoga/Pilates, just doing 10K steps a day, running [every day]etc. and this routine has become my favorite in terms of building muscle, losing weight, getting stronger, and making it as enjoyable/sustainable as possible while keeping your body in check and not destroying your cortisol levels or putting high stress on the body.”

After completing the 3-2-8 method for 12 weeks, this TikToker declared, “Now, your woman is strong; your woman is stolen.”

TikTok user Maddy Mathews doesn’t have enough good things to say about completing the 3-2-8 challenge in 12 weeks. On her final day of the workout, she revealed in a video, “Now, your girl is strong; your girl is snatched she is putting in work! Probably for the first time in my life, I am so proud of my body.”
